At Sinels we understand that clients want to receive value for money. In this respect we are a result orientated organisation, which stresses heavily its strategic thinking. We understand a clients’ need for information and each month we produce a breakdown of activities by fee earner which accompanies their invoice together with a client care letter explaining what actions have been taken and what we anticipate to undertake in the forthcoming month.
Most work is billed on an hourly basis and the firm is competitively priced.
What are our future plans?
Clients, ex clients and potential clients have often expressed that costs have been an issue when deciding to start or carry on with litigation, therefore forcing them to settle out of Court or not to enter into litigation at all. We are therefore offering clients a new approach:
Fixed fee - our team will assess your matter and provide you with a strategy report on the likelihood of success and initial assessment of strengths and weaknesses.
Budgeting – after the initial strategy report if you wish to continue our team will provide you with an initial analysis of estimated costs for your matter and then a monthly ongoing report.
Funding – if you have a good case and your opponent can pay if you win, we are happy to examine various funding options. This could include a conditional fee arrangement, after the event legal insurance and/or third party funding.
