We work closely with leading London Counsel in many aspects of trust litigation, drawing on a wealth of knowledge and experience of multi and cross jurisdictional disputes

We are particularly mindful of the recent changes to the Trusts (Jersey) Law 1984 and the impact of such changes on Jersey trusts. We anticipate being involved in major leading cases which will determine the approach of the Royal Court in the future to the enforcement of foreign court orders against Jersey trusts.
