As an injunction specialist, Robin Leeuwenburg has tangible experience in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, protecting his clients from entities that have jeopardised their interests.
He has represented trust companies, high-net-worth individuals and Jersey businesses in matters relating to trust, commercial and contract law. Robin qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 2010 following his Bar Vocational Course and receiving his Barrister (non-practising) qualification in 2008. He received his Postgraduate Diploma in Law in 2007 and a BSc (First Class Honours) in Physics and Philosophy from King’s College, London in 2004. He holds memberships with Middle Temple and the Law Society of Jersey and is a Trustee of the Institute of Law Endowment Trust.
