Wills & Contentious Probates

We have been successfully advising heirs as to their inheritance rights for decades.

A lot can and does sometimes go wrong. There are normally three areas which can provoke difficulty. In the content of the will(s) does it cover all the assets? Has someone been left out by accident or on purpose? Did the testator have capacity, particularly if their will is in different terms to those drawn up previously? What are where are the assets, how and when will they be accounted for?
